Jamie Foxx recently joked that he was “cured” of dating white women after a six-year romance with the actress Katie Holmes and others after his health problem.
The comedian, during his Netflix special, opened up about the medical emergency he suffered last year, revealing it was caused by a brain hemorrhage that “led to a stroke.”
Jamie Foxx also joked about the struggling rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs while addressing rumors that the “Bad Boy for Life” rapper caused his hospitalization.

Jamie Foxx Says He’s ‘Cured’ From Dating ‘White Girls’

Foxx is apparently done with dating white women, as he sang in a song declaring that he has been “cured” and is “back on the black side of town.”
The “Day Shift” actor did just that in his new Netflix special “Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was,” which debuted on the streaming platform on Dec. 10.
Sitting at a piano, Foxx sang: “Sisters, I’m here to tell you that I’ve been healed. I’ve been healed of everything. No more white girls. I’m serious; no more white girls. No more nothing . “no more white girls.
As spectators clapped and jumped out of their seats, the Hollywood star continued, “I’m back on the black side of town!”

“No more white girls. No more potato salad and raisins. No more white girls. No more spray tans, no more big breasts, no more white girls,” he added, according to the Daily Mail.

The actor’s dating history

Throughout his long career, Foxx has been linked to several women. In 1993, he dated Connie Kline, with whom he had a daughter, Corinne, a year later, according to the Daily Mail.
Between 1996 and 2001, he was linked to Haitian actress Garcelle Beauvais before dating actress Leila Arcieri in 2005.
In 2008, the “Django Unchained” actor dated Kristin Grannis, with whom he welcomed his second daughter, Anelise.
He then had a six-year relationship with Katie Holmes, from 2013 to 2019. He is currently dating Alyce Huckstepp, a white woman, and their relationship has been going on for over a year now.

Elsewhere in his Netflix special, Foxx finally opened up about the “medical complication” he suffered in April 2023, which left him sidelined for months.
The comedian broke down in tears as he recounted the incident to fans, revealing that he suffered a “brain hemorrhage which led to a stroke” and was unconscious for 20 days.
“I was fighting for my life,” he explained. “On April 11th I had a bad headache and I asked my boy for an aspirin… before I could take it… I went out. I don’t remember 20 days.”

The “Project Power” actor said he was near death and was in a coma for several weeks. At his first doctor’s appointment, he received a cortisone injection, but it did not ease his pain, prompting his sister, Deidra Dixon, to continue seeing a doctor for him.
The actor found himself in a wheelchair

Eventually, Foxx was able to decipher the problem when a doctor at Piedmont Hospital said he was suffering “from a brain hemorrhage that led to a stroke.”
“If I don’t get into his head now, we’re going to lose him,” the doctor said. Fox News.
After her surgery, Foxx said the doctor told her sister, “You were right, your prayers are answered.” We haven’t found out where it came from, but he suffered a stroke. He may be able to make a full recovery. , but it’s going to be the worst year of his life.”
Foxx continued: “I was so dizzy from the stroke…20 days, I don’t remember. On May 4th, I woke up. When I woke up, I found myself in a wheelchair. I couldn’t walk.”

Jamie Foxx joked about Diddy during his show

Rumors were rife that Foxx, in his recordings, claimed that troubled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was responsible for his hospitalization.
Although the actor responded to these allegations, he did not specifically mention that the “Bad Boy For Life” rapper poisoned him as rumored, only jokingly comparing him to the devil.
“Your life doesn’t flash before your face. It was kind of strangely peaceful. I saw the tunnel. I didn’t see the light,” Foxx said. “It was a little hot in the tunnel… am I going to the wrong place? I looked at the end of the tunnel, and I thought I saw the devil… Or was it Puffy? I’m kidding, but what if it It was Puffy, he had a bottle of Johnson on fire and… no, I’m just kidding.”
