Kennedy was arrested after officers with the Burbank Police Department responded to calls about an argument between him and an unnamed woman at his home.

Days after his arrest and release, Kennedy released a statement on social media expressing his commitment to making meaningful changes in his life.

Kent broke his silence on the recent issue that shook the “VPR” universe during a Amazon Live on December 19.

A fan asked the reality star if she had spoken to Kennedy since the Dec. 20 domestic violence incident, and she responded, “No.”

However, Kent revealed that she had communicated with Lewber. She said by AND! News“I spoke with Ally and checked on her, and she texted me back. And that’s all I’m really going to share on this topic.”

Although Kent spoke to Lewber, she explained that she had few thoughts on him and Kennedy’s relationship drama.

Kent, mother of daughters Ocean, 3, and Sosa, 3 months, said: “You know the crazy thing about getting older: As you get older, you have to worry about your own life. So when something thing happens in someone else’s relationship, you first want to make sure: “Hey, how are you? I’m here if you need me.”

The 34-year-old added that aside from being there for others in times of need, she “doesn’t really sit and think about other people’s relationships.” Kent further stated that she had few thoughts about another person’s relationship because she was “too absorbed in what’s going on in my own house.”

Kent’s claims came days after Kennedy posted a statement on Instagram following his arrest and subsequent release after being charged with suspicion of domestic violence.

The DJ expressed his commitment to “make significant changes” in his life. He said, “I take the time to focus on my sobriety, my personal growth and being there for those close to me.”

Kennedy acknowledged that it was difficult to get through the difficult times, but expressed his determination to “learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system” around him.

Besides Kent, many fans were concerned about Lewber after news of the domestic violence incident made headlines. She took to her Instagram Stories page to thank fans for their support.

Lewber wrote: “Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me with love and support and checked in on me.” She revealed that she was fine and was taking the time to enjoy the experience. The 28-year-old concluded: “I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”

Two days after his post, Page six obtained photos showing Kennedy helping Lewber as she left their shared home. In the snaps, the 32-year-old showed no visible emotion as he carried his girlfriend’s belongings into his car.

Lewber and Kennedy have shown no signs of separation, although reports from TMZ indicate that she is staying with her family in an Airbnb apartment after leaving her home.

On Dec. 10, Burbank police received a call around 11:30 p.m. reporting an alleged altercation between Kennedy, Kent’s co-star on “VPR,” and a woman at the home he shared with Lewber. The call also indicated that the argument between the two rivals had turned physical.

Police responded quickly, but found no visible signs of injury on the woman when they arrived. Kennedy was taken into custody with the arrest log detailing his altercation with the unnamed woman, claiming her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground. At the time of the arrest, there was no confirmation that the woman involved in the altercation with Kennedy was Lewber.

Authorities jailed Kennedy on Dec. 11 after he was charged with domestic battery of a spouse or common-law partner. He was released after posting $20,000 bail. The reality TV star’s legal team quickly released a statement saying they were investigating the allegations against their client. They also expressed hope that city lawyers would not decide to file charges against Kennedy.
