“I disconnected from social media, from the world, and I knew I had to disconnect because first of all, I’m a mom, and my son’s protection and privacy is the most important. I was going to so doing whatever it took for that most important thing, and then just needing space to heal, to face the trauma head on, all of that,” Bella explained.

Reflecting on the emotional weight of the situation, she continued, “It’s been really hard. I’ve been heartbroken. Sad. You know, you dream of having this family, and you have this incredible love, and it goes the other way. And you go from a great love story to a terrible one and I never saw anything coming, you know, as far as the ending goes.

While discussing the energy she put into trying to fix others, she urged listeners to recognize this pattern as early as possible before it becomes a problem.

“If you’re in this kind of relationship that you’re in the process of repairing, you have to find your way out of it,” she said on her podcast. “Because trying to fix someone won’t bring love, happiness and change. Honestly, in the end you will burn out and bring sadness. And so that really hit me, because I’m definitely now in this space, and this new era of me in 2025 is no longer fixing itself. I will direct. I will help. I will support. I would like to, but I won’t fix it.
