Reports suggest that Warren, who appears to have been a stay-at-home husband, could receive a $2 million annual payment from his wealthy wife whether or not the couple had a prenuptial agreement.
This revelation comes after it was revealed that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren were “separated” and “on the verge of divorce”, after being spotted publicly without their wedding rings.

Cash Warren could become richer after his divorce from Jessica Alba

Alba and Warren’s marriage may have failed, but a new report suggests the househusband could walk away from the marriage with a sizable payout.
In a conversation with The American sunGoldie Schon, a legal expert and certified family law specialist, explained that Warren could receive a $2 million annual payment from Alba because the “Fantastic Four” actress must pay much more than child support for children.
Schon, who specializes in complex child custody and divorce cases, says Warren’s chances of leaving their 16-year marriage richer would not be affected by the presence or absence of a prenup, including due to the great disparity in their wealth.

While Alba co-founded The Honest Company, which is valued at $609 million and was once reportedly worth over $1 billion, Warren is a producer who doesn’t appear to have worked in the industry since 2015.
“Even if there’s a prenup and she keeps what’s hers, so the Honest Company, which is quite lucrative, that’s not going to stop the issue of spousal support,” Schon told the media.
She continued, “We’ve evolved on prenuptial agreements, and we’ve had some very important cases, historically, that have prevented prenuptial agreements from ending alimony between couples about to get married.”

The change in law that could favor Cash Warren and enrich him

The legal expert then explained a potential clause that could make Warren richer, whether or not there is a prenup.
Schon cited one example, noting that if a purported prenup stipulates that neither Alba nor Warren will get spousal support, the court can decide that that clause is “reasonable and reject it and still order spousal support.” husband in the same vein as he would. as if the marriage contract had never existed.”
She also noted that the court could rule that a possible prenup, which was allegedly signed 16 years ago and before Alba made millions from her business, was no longer reasonable.
Additionally, because their marriage falls under California’s long-term marriage rules, there would be no guidance as to when spousal support should end.

“Spousal support would continue until someone dies or someone comes back to court and tries to end it, modify it or make it go away,” she continued.
Schon added: “Because this is a long-term marriage, the court essentially doesn’t have the authority to say you’ll only pay alimony for seven years. Eight years, two years doesn’t have of importance. The only two people who can make this agreement are the parties.

Reports surfaced earlier this week suggesting Alba and Warren had ended their marriage and were heading toward divorce.
A source said TMZ that the estranged couple “recently separated”, but there have been signs that their marriage has been falling apart for some time now.

She added: “My mantra for 2025: If it disrupts my peace, it’s too expensive. If it dulls my shine, I have to go. If it makes me question my worth, that will be left in 2024. J ‘between 2025 concentrated and fully in my power.
Although she and Warren are rarely seen together, the separated couple reunited to celebrate their son’s seventh birthday last week at Universal Studios.

Jessica Alba said she and Cash Warren were like ‘roommates’

It seems like Alba and Warren lost their love for each other a long time ago, as an old clip of her saying they were more like “roommates” years before news of their split surfaced confirmed has resurfaced.
The actress made the remarks about her marriage during a July 2021 appearance on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s Instagram show, “Before, During and After Baby.”
“Everything is rosy for two and a half years. But then you become roommates,” Alba shared, according to Page six. “You’re just going through the motions. You have responsibilities. It takes a lot of checking boxes, doesn’t it?”
Elsewhere in the conversation, the “Dark Angel” alum admitted that she often takes their partnership for granted.
“We have, obviously, the friendship, the comfort of, like, ‘you’re not going anywhere,’ and so sometimes you don’t treat these people in the best way, right?” » said Alba. “You don’t consider their feelings the same way you would consider other people’s feelings. So it’s something I think you have to constantly work on.”
