During a recent episode of the Podcast “Magical Rewind”, Matthew Lawrence revealed that Gabrielle Union reported it to the director and in the studio during the shooting of their 1999 “He Double Hockey Sticks” TV movie.

Why Matthew Lawrence refused to repeat
With hindsight, Lawrence explained that her actor approach at the time was to avoid rejoicing in order to keep his performance cool and natural when the cameras ride.
