Ancient American idol competitor Doug Kiker is dead. He was 32 years old.

Kiker’s sister Donna Kiker Carrillos-Ramirez also published a statement on his death.
“Today, I have received the call that no one wants to obtain. We have lost an incredible person today. He had the greatest smile and knew how to make you laugh, ”wrote Carrillos-Ramirez via Facebook Wednesday. “I know that I did not lift it, but I never stopped loving it. My parents did an incredible job with him. Douglas Kiker, you will miss you forever. Fly high. Say hey to grandmother.
A cause of death has not yet been revealed.
Kiker has become famous for his appearance on Idol Season 18where he interpreted a moving interpretation of “God of Rascal Flatts blesses this broken road”.

Kiker, however, was eliminated during live shows.
The brothers and sisters of the deceased musician have since launched a Gofundme Campaign to help cover funeral costs.
“Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I reach out because many people stretched their hand and asked how they could help, because it was completely unexpected, “added Evans in a Facebook follow -up. “We are not completely prepared and we will need a little help to bring it back to Denver’s house, Colorado and be able to give the memorial not only to him, but that anyone who deserves.”

Kiker is survived by her parents, sisters and two children.
