Do you want to know what is a line player? Well, the most superficial primer you can find is currently streaming on Tubi, and it’s called Online life. Located in Texas, and with John Travolta using his best southern accent (read: not so tall), Online lifeWho is apparently based on real events, take a look at the rough cups that put their … Life at stake.
Unfortunately, the double entry of the title is probably the most intelligent thing of this film which is swollen with unnecessary B inputs, and filled with each trope of disaster films that you could drive in 97 minutes.
The main story
Online life first presents us beautiful ginner (John Travolta), an old school line player, badass books with a golden heart that works one of the most dangerous jobs in the country. Haunted by a tragedy spent on the site that killed his brother Danny (Ty Olsson) 15 years ago, and the car accident that Danny Maggie’s wife had led to the hospital, handsome not only stayed with the profession, but also takes care of their daughter, Bailey (Kate Bosworth), who was left without the parents after this day.

Secondary stories

The first, and undoubtedly the most important conspiracy B in Online life implied Devon SawaDucan, the former friend of Bailey who occupies the profession after learning that she leaves for the university. Bailey has other plans because she reveals to Duncan that she is pregnant with her child, which is overwhelming for beautiful who wants to see her become more than the woman of a line player. Naturally, this causes a conflict between Duncan and Beau, who often embark on small spots on the site compared to this family dynamic in development.
The two rhythms above are all that Online life The needs, but two other secondary stories are introduced which certainly have the world a little bigger in the film, but are completely useless.
First of all, we have Ron (Matt Bellefleur), another of the ex-friends of Bailey, who shows the affection by intimidating his romantic interest. Second, we are introduced to the new couple who move in front of Beau and Bailey, Carline (Julie Benz) and Eugene (Ryan Robbins), the latter being a veteran of the traumatized war who began to work for the electricity company. Bailey became friends with Carline, who sleeps clearly when Eugene is at work because the war “changed it”, which causes frequent entries with Ron each time they go out.
Less plot, more work
An aspect of the beautiful character that I really wish that we have seen more Online life Does all a difficult attitude but to do, and how his overprotective behavior towards Bailey is a contradiction with this attitude with regard to his relationship with Duncan. Several conversations with his crew reveal that he is a hard to cook total, but we never really see anything that proves this point.
