Before the next DIDDY sex crime trial, his lawyers submitted a questionnaire proposed to be fulfilled by potential jurors.

In a letter of support in the court, the legal team explained the reasoning behind the questions, declaring that they aimed to assess the will of the potential jurors to see videos containing sexually explicit content or representations of physical assault, according to the Associated Press.
They also noted their intention to assess the opinions of jurors on people who have had several sexual partners.

The questionnaire suggests that Diddy’s “Freak Off” videos will be broadcast during his trial

Diddy’s latest lawyer’s decision has strongly suggested that the alleged “freak-off” videos of the rapper could be shown as evidence during the trial.
The videos in question were obtained during a raid at Diddy’s home at the beginning of last year and played an important role in the guarantee of his indictment.
They were also described as “elaborate sexual performance and produced” involving female victims of Diddy and male prostitutes.

Diddy’s legal team could not reach a consensus on the questionnaire

According to the point of sale, Diddy’s lawyers submitted the questionnaire without the blessings of prosecutors.
The two parties could not reach a consensus on what it should contain, the defense arguing that potential jurors should be allowed to write freely on “the attention of the unprecedented and negative media” surrounding Diddy to which they could have been “exposed”.

By relaxing the defense, the prosecutors wrote in their letter that the questions proposed were “completely out of words for the ability to sit on a jury”. They also argued that the questionnaire was too long, which could lead to inadequate answers.
Once the court has decided, the final list of questions will be shared by the end of April and submitted before the process of seeing, during which the defense and the prosecutors will question the jurors.

The rapper’s lawyers urge prosecutors to limit testimonies to the four alleged victims appointed in the indictment

Earlier in the week, Diddy’s lawyers moved to prohibit any witness from testimony other than the four alleged victims appointed in the rapper’s federal accusation act.
“The court should force the government to judge the case that it has been billed and to prove this case to the jury outside of all reasonable doubts,” said Diddy lawyers in a file obtained by the Daily mail.
They added: “The government should not be authorized to pollute the trial with decades of dirt and to invite a condemnation based on proofs of propensity without any purposes by painting Mr. Combs as a bad guy who must have committed the accused crimes.”
Also available their case, the defense said that prosecutors retained the list of growing witnesses until April 18, which would leave them apparently not prepared for the selection of the jury which should take place two weeks later.

Who are the victims of Diddy’s indictment?

The ex-girlfriend of Diddy, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, is one of the victims appointed in the indictment and should testify under his real name.
Three other victims have also been identified in the indictment, which has since been updated to include additional accusations against the rapper.
Unlike Cassie, the other victims will testify under the pseudonyms during the trial for reasons of confidentiality and security.
Their real names were previously unknown to Diddy and his legal team until the court recently granted a request authorizing the disclosure of identities under a “lawyer only” designation.
