Not so long ago, Hasbro announced the arrival of action figurines from the Black series of “Star Wars” who finally brought characters from “Shadows of the Empire”, the Multimedia history of the extended universe It took place between “Empire Strikes back” and “Return of the Jedi”. The bad prince Xizor is making his debut this year, as well as new versions of Luke Skywalker in Imperial Guard Gear and Princess Leia in her Boushh disguise. But the last revelation is that that fans have been wishing for some time.
Dash Rendar, one of the main beloved characters of “Shadows of the Empire”, finally obtains its own figure of action from the black series “Star Wars”. / Film is proud to exclusively start our first overview of these new “Star Wars” action figures below!
Shadows of the Empire’s Dash Rendar joins the Star Wars Black Series line
Dash Rendar was once a promising cadet at the Imperial Academy before an unhappy incident saw him expelled from the Academy and his family banned from the main worlds by the Emperor himself. The qualified pilot and shooter have therefore become a smuggler and a mercenary. Finally, Rendar was caught up in the efforts of the Rebel Alliance, and since its beginnings in “Shadows of the Empire”, he was a favorite of the fans, hoping that he will be correctly brought back to the “Star Wars” cannon in a major way (Just like Prince Xizor). Maybe the beginnings of this figure will help this.

In “Star Wars” legends stories, to which “Shadows of the Empire” was relegated, Rendar was hired by Lando Calrissian to help find Han Solo, after being frozen in carbonite and taken by Boba Fett in “Empire Strikes Back”. He was also entrusted by Princess Leia to ensure the safety of Luke Skywalker after an attempted life, and he even saved the life of the young Jedi from a Gang Swoop on Tatooine. But unfortunately, when Rendar accompanied Luke on a mission to obtain the plans for the second star of death, an error he made cost the life of many Bothan pilots, giving a story to Line of my Mothma on their sacrifice in “Return of the Jedi”.
As for the action figure of Dash Rendar, the Black series gives him life with incredible details – almost to the point that he looks like the star of “Game of Thrones” Nikolaj Coster -Waldau – and it is delivered with a single blaster accessory.

However, I must say that there is a very slightly slight pang of disappointment to see that this figure does not come with the same pack of heavy weapons as the Original action figure “Shadows of the Empire” by Kenner came with it. This figure included an assault rifle that was attached to a backpack that adapts to Rendar’s body, and it would have been cool to see it gave life to the black series, even if it would probably be a little impracticable and bulky.
The action figure of the Dash Rendar Black series will be available for pre -order for $ 24.99 to 3 p.m. He on April 18 in Hasbro pulse,, AmazonAnd fans’ retailers, and will be shipped this summer.
The bad lot crosshair takes the goal in the Vintage Star Wars collection
Having a six-inch version of Dash Rendar details is incredibly cool, and we can only hope that perhaps His signature starship It will also one day be a revival of the toy, even if it is only in the vintage collection. Speaking of that …

While “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” has arrived entirely in the Black series, the vintage collection of 3.75 inch action figures always catches up. Until now, Hunter is the only member of Clone Force 99 to join the smallest line of action, although clone captains like Rex, Gray, Ballast and Howzer have received vintage collection treatment.
This is why we are happy to see the sniper known as crosshair join the ranks, and it is delivered with all the right accessories for the battle. With his faithful elite shooter, he comes with a smaller blaster, his brand helmet (which is actually a complete interchangeable head) and a removable backpack.
Unfortunately, as fans of “Star Wars” know, Crosshair is ultimately faithful to the Empire, and he is charged by Grand Moff Tarkin to track down the bad lot several times. Of course, he would eventually see the cruelty of the Empire and kill his commander, who landed in prison, and he would do it Finally (reluctantly) be accepted in the force 99 clone.
