Netflix is known for many things, whether they are alarming real crime or generic thriller documentaries which are just as alarming but in a very different way from the death of culture. There was also “Lift” by Kevin Hart, who struck the number one on Netflix In 2023 – for which we are still waiting for formal excuses. But if there is another thing for which the king of banners is known, it would be a series of Thriller Crime (which and questionable meeting shows).

Netflix gave us a series of truly memorable crimes, including the The new mystery show of murder with a humpback of graphics “The Residence”. But it is also known to expose the Western public to more diverse offers of the genre. More specifically, there was no shortage of European criminal thrillers that have managed to draw global attention to the platform. Germany seems to have cornered this particular Netflix market. There was the The Thriller Crime series “Schlafende Hunde” (“Dormier”), which managed to break the top 10 of Netflix In 2023. Then we had another deutschland offer with “Dear Child” the same year. The most memorable, however, was perhaps “dark”, a kind of German version of “Stranger Things” which has become a worldwide success on Netflix.

But it is not only Germany that can dominate the greatest streamer in the world with criminal thrillers. Sweden had a few full -fledged Netflix crime strokes, with “an almost normal family” (“in Helt Vanlig Familj”) being a recent example. Now, the country again challenges its European neighbors with a criminal thriller mini-series that has Netflix viewers.

Does the glass dome are worth watching?
With all the Thriller crime series in the vast sea of streaming “content”, it is sort of exhausting to try to separate the good from bad – especially when theatrical flops with terrible rotten tomato scores are confused in the waters. For example, A Shailene Woodley Flop criminal thriller dominated the best Netflix rankings At the top of 2025, but with a score of 52% rotten tomatoes, is it really time?

“The Glass Dome”, however, seems to be a decent offer from Netflix. The series has no Rotten tomatoes Score again, but the four criticisms on the site are positive and there are a handful of criticisms that float there who also speak of its quality. It also helps that it is not a remake or an adaptation, but is, in fact, an original story of the Swedish screenwriter and author Camilla Läckberg, who is also known for having written the criminal novels “Fjällbacka”. As such, if the series can take the number one in the United States, or perhaps even on world graphs, it will be a welcome development.
To make it happen, “The Glass Dome” will have to dethrone the new season of “Black Mirror”, which is currently number one in the United States by considering / Chris Evangelista of the film concluded that the series clearly missed ideas in its criticismIt shouldn’t be too hard. On the global graphic, we will attend a real European confrontation while the Spanish thriller series “The Gardener” currently reigns supreme, with “Black Mirror” late in the second position. It doesn’t matter that you are looking at one of them, it will then be interesting to see if “the glass dome” can go out in mind in this Spanish fight against Great Britain against Sweden.
