Two Spoons Gluten-Free Keto-Friendly Ice Cream Is Reinventing Dessert


If you like ice cream nearby as much as I do, then you were almost ready to make a trip to California to try two spoons of ice cream.

If you live with celiac disease like me, then you know how difficult it is to find a good gluten -free ice cream on the market. It is even more difficult to find one that is not excited to the brim with artificial sugars and false flavors that make you feel worse when your spoon strikes the bottom of the pint.

So when I heard that there was a new ice that was gluten -free, sugar -free, And High-Protein, I knew I had to give him a blow!

There is a lot to love in two spoons of ice cream!

I recognize that the taste is subjective, so before understanding what I felt for ice cream, I wanted to share a little what prompted me to try it in the first place. First of all, he is gluten -free. I couldn’t eat it without, so it puts a big green check in the column. Second, each container has around 30 grams of protein per portion. In a world where it is difficult, not to mention dear, to achieve our daily protein goals, it was another huge victory for me.

In addition, this ice does not contain sugar or sugar alcohol, making it a good option for those with a low -carbohydrate or ketogenic diet. The ice cream is sweet of allulose, which is an entirely natural sweetener on figs and maple syrup. Allulose can trigger the release of GLP-1A hormone that plays a role in the regulation of appetite, blood sugar and weight. All this seems good to me!

Currently, their ice cream is available in four flavors: Rocky Road, Strawberries & Cream, Caramel Swirl and Fudgy Brownie. I was advised to start with Rocky Road, and so I did it!

I was advised to try this flavor first, and I can understand why! I do not think I have never had an ice cream that had marshmal swallows as creamy as that! He definitely had the most texture: my pint was swarming with crushed almonds, pieces of chocolate fudge and marshmallow ribbons.

If you like mixtures and like to “dig” through your ice cream to get the most out of each bite, you will probably appreciate this pint. Just be warned that he will probably disappear faster than you think! I was so caught in the process of digging the pint for a particularly important piece of chocolate that I did not know that I had already eaten more than half of the container. Oops.

Best served: Eaten alone or a large scoop on a brownie, with an additional net of chocolate sauce.

Caramel whirlwind is full of caramel drizzle

The second flavor I tried was the caramel whirlwind, and I was immediately delighted to see the caramel whirlpools buried from the top of the ice. Do you know these other brands that say they have a whirlwind but contain only one or two ribbons near the bottom? That’s not it. There are a lot of caramel woven everywhere, enough to get it with each spoonful.

The absence of large mixtures in this pint really allowed me to test the texture of the ice cream. It is much denser than most other sugar -free ice on the market, which is a good thing! I have the impression that it is honestly the closest that you will arrive with “regular” ice cream, so if you have someone who is notoriously “difficult” to eat “healthy” ice cream, I would make them try. I don’t think they would notice a difference!

Two Strawberries & Cream spoons do not look like any strawberry ice cream you have never tried!

I did not know what to expect strawberries and cream, but it definitely brought the cream! Of the four flavors, it was certainly the most creamy in the group. The most interesting piece of this ice cream was the strawberry sauce. If you were waiting for pieces of strawberry, that’s not it. Instead, it is a gelatinous strawberry whirlwind which, if we are honest, has become a little aqueous sometimes, which stood out from the melting ice cream. It is really different from any other strawberry ice cream that I have tried so far!

Best served: Above a hot and fudgy brownie or next to a slice of chocolate cake.

Fudgy Brownie is perfect for a hot summer day

This flavor was certainly the richest in chocolate in the lot. The basic flavor seemed to have more chocolate than the rocky route, or maybe it was only to taste this way because of the lack of mixtures. I found myself digging for a piece of Brownie, finding only a few capricious nuggets here and there. This ice has also taken the most time to melt, probably due to the stabilizing quality of chocolate and the lack of mixtures.

This led me to carry out my own experience to see how long it took each ice cream to melt when they were halfway halfway. Strawberries and whirlwind of cream and caramel have melted the fastest, closely followed by the rocky road. The Brownie Fudgy has set a solid seven more minute to develop this same fundamental quality, making it the perfect ice cream to pick up on a cone by a hot summer day!

Best served: Eaten alone or next to a plate of cookies with freshly cooked chocolate chips for those who feel more indulgent.
