Carmelo Anthony Breaks Down His Facial Expression and Viral “Risk It All” Photo With Rihanna
Earlier this week, a new episode of Anthony’s podcast, “7PM in Brooklyn,” was released via YouTube. About an hour and twenty-eight minutes into the episode, Melo was asked to share “what was going on” about his viral photo with Rihanna at a 2014 event associated with the Met Gala.
In the film, Melo is seen looking at Rihanna as she appears to pose for photos.

So far, his expression has left social media perplexed, with some thinking he was willing to “risk everything” for Rih.
“We’re already there and having a great time. Every time… a celebrity enters, the cameras go wild… It’s a tumult when you enter. Eventually I go in, walk past the cameras and sit down – now I’ve found my comfort zone, sitting down… trying to be low,” he said.
At that moment, Rihanna arrived, according to Melo.
“Rih enters [and] the camera goes crazy… All you see are white flashes,” he said. “And… there’s only one place to go, and I’m like, ‘Please don’t come here.’ The flashes keep coming, so I look down, I look up, and she’s just there posing… And I’m like, “Really?” »
