
Lindsay Lohandad Michael Lohanwas arrested on Saturday February 22 for the alleged assault of his ex-wife, Kate Major.
Michael, 64, was arrested without incident in Harris County, Texas, and accused of continuous family violence, the Harris County Sheriff Office confirmed US Weekly.
According to the police service, Major attended a medical appointment on Friday, February 21 and feared that Michael will follow her. The police then responded to a call at 911.
Major told the police that Michael had chased her with a chair several days before and complained about pain and discomfort. An assistant noted bruises on the Major’s body, said the sheriff’s office.
Michael was detained on bail of $ 30,000.
In a declaration at Tmz Sunday, Michael, 64, denied allegations. “I have carved out long enough on Kate’s physical, emotional and verbal abuses,” he said. “She installed me. Originally, she said that I tracked her! Really? Lol. Then, when it did not work, she said, I pushed it on a chair which is a total lie. Not only will my children testify, but I have a video. I have more videos of his abuses. (Major has not yet publicly responded to Michael’s comments at the time of publication.)
Michael and Major, 42, were married in 2014 and share two children, Sons Landon, 12, and Logan, 10. divorce in 2018. (Michael also shares four children with his ex-wife, On the Lohanincluding Lindsay, 38.)
The couple had their ups and downs over the years. In June 2024, Major was arrested for violation of a protection prescription after an animated exchange with Michael in the middle of the road, reported Tmz at the time. It is not clear if charges have been brought against Major.
Michael was previously arrested For having pretended to attack the major in Southampton, New York, in February 2020.
According to the Southampton Police Service, the domestic incident occurred at Lohan – but the arrest took place two kilometers from rue Main. “He was arrested without incident”, ” Sgt. Herman Lamiston said We at the time.
