Prince HarassThe unconventional decision to step back from royal tasks and spend most of his time abroad has prompted Ravec to deviate from the standard protocol when he decides to reduce his security funded by the State.
The lawyer representing the Ministry of the Interior, Sir James Eadie KC, made the argument during the second hearing for the Duke’s call.
Prince Harry’s lawyer Shaheed Fatima KC, previously declared during his opening argument that Ravec had not obtained a risk analysis from the risk management board before making the decision, which is a standard procedure to determine these questions.

She also noted that the Duke did not see the new “tailor -made” arrangement as something better but rather as a vindictive act apparently implemented in response to his decision to leave the Senior royal life.
She said, “The appellant [the Duke of Sussex] Do not accept that tailor -made means better – in fact, in its position, this means that it has been distinguished for different and lower treatment. “”

Meanwhile, Fatima KC reiterated his position that the judge who had previously ruled in favor of Ravec was wrongly acted.

They added: “that the evidence concerns the security agreements and threat levels and assessments for the applicant and other public figures” and “would interest any person wishing to harm a person in the context of the security agreements”.
How Prince Harry arrived for the second day of his call

For today’s hearing, Harry arrived shortly after 10 a.m., which was later than his arrival time for the first day.
He also dressed in a costume similar to yesterday’s outfit, but opted for a tie with wine and dark patterns.
Once again, he was flanked by his security and was seen to greet his fans while he was heading for the courtroom.
He also took an active part in the procedure by writing detailed notes during the Home Office lawyer’s argument against his call. His notes were then transmitted via his team of lawyers to his main lawyer, Fatima KC.
A decision on Harry’s call will be provided in writing on a later date, but will probably not happen before Easter.
