Tina Knowles defends Beyoncé’s halftime performance

Queen Bey shut down the internet after stopping the NFL game with her electrifying performance in her hometown. Although her stage presence garnered a lot of love, a few haters were inevitable. That’s why her mother, Tina Knowles, stepped in to defend her daughter like a real mama bear!

Ms Tina took to Instagram to share a repost from user @iamkrisiman, who praised Bey for remaining authentic despite the negativity. Her post also highlighted that no matter how impeccable Beyoncé performs or how hard she works, critics will always find something to complain about. Tina co-signed the post but called out trolls for listening to Bey’s performance just to throw shade. She even added that they must quietly admire her if they go out of their way to stare and criticize her.

It’s mind boggling to me that you would take your precious Christmas day and watch a performance by someone you hate and don’t think has any talent so you can talk about it later😂😂Obviously you’re so obsessed by them, addicted to them, and secretly admire them, wish I could be them, that you can’t help but watch, criticize, comment and say stupid and ridiculous things that make you seem like a joke !!

Ms. Tina made it clear that her message was “said with love.” However, she didn’t hold back, telling haters to stick to watching something faster — like goofy cartoons — if they had a problem with Bey’s performance.

“So go to another channel when it’s halftime, watch some goofy cartoons or Bozo the Clown or something you can relate to and relate to. Ms. Tina Knowles didn’t just respond to the haters: she showed up in person to support Beyoncé. TSR filmed footage of Tina showing up at the Christmas Day game with Jay-Z, Rumi Carter and Michelle Williams.

Tina, Michelle and Rumi wore all-white outfits to match Bey’s theme for the epic show. Hov kept it fresh with a white t-shirt in his outfit.
